Our line of aromatherapy products can create a focused, meditative, or calming atmosphere. They can take you back to your fondest memories or help with appetite suppression, memory recall, and cleansing of the air.
We have a few container options, Tealights, 2.5oz Votives, 4oz Square, and 11oz Teardrop. Please see our Organic and Eco Friendly page for help picking a scent. To get the most out of your candles burn them for at least 2hrs at a time. Longer is better. The first time you light your candle make sure to leave it lit at least long enough for the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container. This ensures the candle will burn evenly and not 'tunnel' during subsequent burns. A full melt pool releases the maximum amount of scent. Most of our candles will burn clean down and there will be No wax left, but if there is unmelted wax clinging to the side of your container you can Carefully and gently push it down into the melt pool of your candle. This helps the candle burn efficiently. Our soy wax burns for about 7hrs per ounce. Please use common sense with any open flame in your home.
Why Organic- The majority of candles are made from petroleum based wax called paraffin, chemical or synthetic fragrances, and wicks containing metals. Breathing in petroleum, chemicals, and metals has been shown to cause cancer, birth defects, headaches, and dizziness, just to name a few. 100% Organic products are made using No chemicals or toxins, and are harvested in a sustainable way that ensures resources are not depleted and can be enjoyed for generations to come. Products made with pure essential oils do not have that super strong punch you in the face odor. Some people expect this from candles. You will not find that overwhelming chemical assault from Purist Aromas products. You will find that our products make the room smell as if you had the real plants that each essential oil came from. Even if the scent is light the properties of the essential oils are still affecting your brain and body. More is not always better.

Warning:
Please use common sense with any open flame in your home. Burn candle with in sight. Keep candle out of reach from children and pets. Never burn on or in anything that can catch fire. Trim wick to 1/4" each time you light it. Burn in a ventilated area but keep away from drafts. Burn on heat resistant surface. Do not move while lit or until wax hardens. Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains. Keep free of foreign objects. For indoor use only. Burn at least one hour per inch of candle diameter for best burning efficiency.
